Whether these changes come in the form of losing or managing weight, improving strength and endurance, or simply feeling better when waking up in the morning, at Total Results Fitness, I am committed to working with you to achieve your personal goals.

I understand the challenges of balancing work, family and a social life with exercise and the right nutrition. It’s not easy for most people, and yet I know that the lasting results of maintaining that balance are worth it. That’s why I eliminate many time constraints by offering flexible hours at a centrally located gym as well as offering in-home training. Helping you find the time to change your life is that important to me.

I have three live zoom classes throughout the week, at noon. Monday is Strength Training, Wednesday is Bootcamp and Friday is Circuit Training. Each class is recorded and available so you can workout on your own time. 

FITNESS BOOTCAMP 

If you’re looking for a high intensity workout, our Boot Camp classes will get your heart pumping and your muscles flexing in no time. Combining cardiovascular exercises, muscle conditioning moves, and a host of athletic drills, our Boot Camp experience will leave you strangely wanting more! 

CIRCUIT TRAINING 

Not your average circuit training class. Whole body workout at a pace that will get you and keep you sweating. We do 17, two minute stations with a short break in between, making sure we hit all the muscle groups. Designed to get you strong and lean! 

STRENGTH TRAINING 

This super fast-moving sweat session will kick your fitness program into high gear! Experience incredible muscular conditioning – low weight, high rep dumbbell workouts to get you lean and defined, and class concludes with core work & a quick stretch to leave you centered and focused. 

$16 a class - $120 for 10 classes - $200 for 20 classes. 

A Bit About Me

Growing up I was overweight because like most of us, I didn’t grow up in a “healthy or fit” family.  It wasn’t until I went into the Army that I started eating better and started working out. It was amazing to see such a change in my physical appearance and to FEEL such a change in myself. My confidence improved. My energy level improved. I slept better. It was a great feeling.  But as I started my career, my life started getting busy and I started making excuses not to get to the gym. Along with that, I started eating out more and stopped paying attention to my diet … I fell back into old habits that I grew up with.  I was taking my health for granted and started putting weight back on.  In my mid thirties, I went from mid 170lbs to over 245lbs.  I was miserable. I knew I had to make a change.  I wanted to feel like I felt when I was fit. I remembered what it was to get up with high energy, to get excited about reaching a goal, pushing myself to go further/ faster. So I started my journey to fitness again. I focused on weight training, improving my flexibility, improving my cardio system, and eating healthy. I worked hard and I quickly lost over 60lbs.  All those wonderful positive feelings returned. The best part of the transition this time was that I realized I wanted to help others reach their goals just as I did. I received my Personal Training Certification and now I help to empower anyone who wants to take charge and make positive lifestyle changes in their health and fitness.
