Weekly Class Schedule

Monday, 12 pm (45 minutes)

Strength Training:

Strength Training classes focus on exercises that aim to increase muscle strength, power, and endurance. You will use weights to target specific muscle groups and perform exercises such as squats, lunges, rows, presses, and curls and will end with abdominal exercises. Strength training classes will benefit people of all ages and fitness levels by improving overall strength, reducing the risk of injury, increasing bone density, and enhancing athletic performance.


Wednesday, 12 pm (45 minutes)

Boot Camp:

Boot camp refers to a high-intensity group exercise program that combines cardio and strength training exercises. We mix a variety of exercises, such as jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, lunges, and burpees. You are pushed to work at your maximum effort using your own body weight as resistance or incorporating equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands. The classes are around 40 to 45 minutes and designed to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, and burn calories.


Friday, 12 pm (45 minutes)

Circuit Training:

These classes are designed to hit all the major muscle groups with a high rep, low weight (or bodyweight) exercises at a fast, heart pumping pace. Each exercise is done for two minutes with only a fifteen second break in between. The class lasts about 45 minutes.
